Our humble beginning: Martin, having worked with all of us on many different levels and projects, suggested that Vinod, Raza, Vivek, Carolyn and Martin join forces to create an awesome, highly skilled, creative, talented, passionate and dedicated team.

After introductions, it was evident that this five member team possessed a unique synergy and authority in the IT, IS and IM industries. In a matter of a few short weeks, we had created our plan and work had begun.

We aligned the HappySoft website with our current business objectives and with Phase 1 of our plan complete, we opened for business!

HappySoft employees are highly qualified and experienced, more than 40% of our employees are engineers and more than 60% of them have post graduate degrees in areas like technology and science.
